A- arms, I need help please.

I was putting on my new nerf bars today. You have to take a bolt out of the a-arms, and put in a longer one, because the nerfs tighten up to it. Well, the whole a-arm came out, and so did the two parts in it . I put the two parts back in, but when I try to put the a-arm back it's very tight and won't fit. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

where ther any bearings inside? probably lost a bearing or they are jambed up

Sometimes they are tight and need to be hit back in with a rubber hammer.

Did you go with the Pro Armor nerf''s?? Thats what I am running and they are the only ones I know of that mount like that. Most other nerfs mount under the motor mounts over the frame. Make sure you have the bushings in right in the A-Arms ( I assume that is what fell out) and like Jeff said, they may have to be coerced into place... Aftermarket parts dont always fit beautifully... Sometimes you need to just have a big hammer or prybar to make them fit...

Yes, they are Pro-Armor. I got the bolts in, the problem was swinging it over the frame, and trying to keep in those little bushings. I got the old man to help me. Thanks guys!
