Stiff thumb throttle

Well, I bought a cable luber, and some cable lube and lubed the throttle cable, and it's still stiff. The piston inside the carberater, does that need to be lubed?!?!? I think that might be what's causing it to be stiff...Any help with be GREATLY appreciated!

you might want to take and lube the part where the lever comes outta the box....cuz im pretty sure friction could occur there and make it stiff

it might be in need of a new cable altho...

yes, try getting a new cable I don't think there very much money.
