After almost a two month break from racing the QuadCross it was time to get back. We would be racing on the Rem track ( aka Back Track).

18 pros entered the race. With that may people signed up they had to have qualifiers for gate picking in the main.

The first qualifier had 8 racers in it. Kory Ellis #53, Jeremy Schell #1, August Goebel #54, Darrel Patton #35, Tony Munio #66, Kory Hintz #4, Ricky Nickell #69, and Jimmy Robinson #29.

The Gate dropped and Kory Ellis took the holeshot. Jeremy Schell and August Goebel were behind him.

After the hair pin corner Kory ELlis was leacing the pack. Jeremy Schell followed. August Goebel was running in third, Darrel Patton running in fourth and Tony Munio is 5th.

On the 5th lap Kory Ellis had a 15 second lead on Jeremy Schell.

Now that he was around Hintz, Ricky Nickell was ready to take over the 5th place spot. Nickell passes Munio before heading into the back section.

Kory Ellis went on to win the qualifier with Jeremy taking second and August taking third.

The second qualifier looked like it was going to be a great race. With 10 pros on the line it was going to be very exciting.

Danny Ragon pulled the holeshot with David Linsey, Dustin Nelson, and Jeff Spooner behind him.

Unfortunetly on August's fourth lap he had a slight problem and wound up under his quad. Or maybe he was just changing his oil.

Note to August change your oil befor the race not during. ;)

Ricky Nickell passed David Linsey, unfortunetly he stalled it on the next corner and David passed him back.

As they came out of the back section Dustin was still in second. And thats were he ended up overall. With Jeremy taking third.

Kory Ellis took the overall for the day.

free practice for racers im there + it should be different at Elsinore with lights

i dont know what class cuz i dont think they have a 2stk class so probly open? ill find out when i get there, ill be there bright and early, ill look for you, ill be driving my dark red Ranger, with my 2"fiddy"R. look for the TBR Products banner

naw i'm slow, i think GH would be abetter track for me...desert i think i could pssibly beat you, but MX i'm a slow MOFO....i dont ahve the balls to go big lol

i woudl try to go, but my 250r is down right now also...

might install a big bore motor....

and my 450 broke at V2R

i'm going to try to make the LACR race on the 17th, if you'll be at that one....its practically in my backyard so i gotta make that one....

and brittany yeah but my pants and my skid plate fell off instead(2nd moto)

u didnt break it at elsinore when u rode it, should take it form him and make him ride the 400ex,

ya that is the first time ive rode it and nothing went wrong... except that there were a whole bunch of loose bolts and his tire rod things were messed up....

ya i know he isnt racing this weeked because he has to work so i may be riding it jsut dont tell him...

Great race coverage. I was there racing but I was to busy resting in between my motos to watch everyone else race so its nice to actually see what happened. Oh and your caption on the photo of august under his bike was great. see ya at the elsinore race this weekend.

i thought it was kinda hard to ride with my pants falling down, but thats my opinion

yup its all about racing...

yeah i might be doing the ITP races at LACR on the 17th, and the GH race on the 1sst.....i might like the GH track ebtter, its faster, and looks ot be more my style....

Well i will see you out there... you should still come up to some elsinore races... I will be missing atleast three of the elsinore series thought... but my parents will be there so...
