lights not working

I just replaced the front fender and light assembly and now my headlights shut off when going from low beam to high beam any ideas ehat the problem could be?

mine blows the frigin fuse when i switch to high, and i have yet to figure it out, been thru the wires several time now :cuss:

You need to get a multimeter and check the voltage at the light. This will tell you if the problem is the light, or somewhere back. If you get electricity to the light, then the light is obviously bad, replace it. If you DON'T have power at the light, then the problem is further up the line.

Next, check the switch. It's a process of elimination.
