What builders have the best prices on lt arms for the ex? And, has anyone tried out the fox airshock?

There isn't really any economic LT setup, they will all run well over $1000, no matter what.

Arens LT are $600. Just about all the shocks are expensive, but TCS might be the cheapest.

Burgard, Houser, and EYEBALL. The Burgard and the EYEBALL arms are less expensive than the housers

If you want LT, you going to need something else besides the Fox Shox. I looked into the Fox's but ended up going with Axis as it will do everything that I want it to do. As for my Suspension I think it's pretty good but not the best, but the price does reflect the quality, (and name)

You can get Elka quad-rate shocks for $650 if you don't get reseviors. Then in a couple months after you have saved another 250, add them.

I bought the entire setup (frame,a-arms,swingarm ect) Neither Tommy or I had very good luck. Long wait and most parts needed to be modified to make them fit. Take a look at some of Tommy17's posts he has some good info and pics. If you have the time and your VERY patient go for it. If you do decide to do it, all I can say is good luck:devil:

I actually didn't really have any problems with my Arens a-arms. I just used a rubber mallet and they went right in the frame. They are very stiff at first, but just after riding mine around some today to get the motor broken in, I could notice the front end getting softer. The bushings just need some time to break down. Also my spindles just barely touched, just ground a little, and now they clear no problem. The new arms should not have the problems with the spindle, as he was going to fix it.
