yo I am 13 years old, weigh 112, 5 foot, ride yellow on my honda 400ex. I can only wheelie on paved roads and only for like couple sec. and cant get front up on gravel and stones.

ok i'm 5 '11 i weigh 160 and i bench 205 and squat 260 i may look little but i pack a punch

ehhh, i weigh 117, bench 220 and squat 255. do cleans at 170.

i clean 215 but'm i'm 1 of the few on the football team that lift more in our cleans than our bench.yea we got a guy that weighs 120 and benches 270 and squats 350 and clean 260

just put your weight forward in either 1st or 2nd gear and then transfer your weight as far as you can go to the back of the seat as possible and and gas it thats what i do and your not that much smaller than me

Well they way I learned how to do bar hops was hit the jump in 2nd gear pinned ( small jumped i learned on ) and before I hit the jump Would move my hands to the ends of the bars and and bend my elbows so it would be easier for my knees and feet to make it over the bars and when I first started I would just land with my legs over the bars because I was too scared to pull them back but i learned how I would push off on the cross bar and pull my feet back over the bars which i thought was the hardest and scariest part for me but everybody has their own way of learning im just tellin you mine hoping it'll help

damn, there ya go... 215 is great for cleans. you just need to get that bench up, just as much technique involved as strength ;)

kinda hard to explain but here we go,it when ur get the bar and put weight on it and lay it on the ground,then u stand behind it and bend over and squat down grabin the bar bout a shoulder width apart then u jump uyp pullinr the weight up then u throw the weight to ur chest and hol it again ur chest,not good at explainin it but o well

naw we only clean and do push press on a diff set
