anybody who is dealing with ripinryan or has delt with him.i left negative feedback on him i just want everyone to see this so i am posting it everywhere i can.this guy just got me for $690.00 and i will get my money somehow atleast the $124.00 for shipping and cod charge.as long as i get my parts back.u can ask anyone that has bought parts from me if u have a problem with the parts i will do what it takes.so mr.ripinryan u better get back to me within 24hrs.:mad: :grr: :devil:

I sold ripinryan a swingarm and a locknut about 4 months ago. He said that he needed the parts right away, so i trusted him and sent the parts before i got the money. And then he said the locknut didnt fit, so I told him to send me the locknut back along with the $100 for the swingarm. And I still have yet to get my money and locknut. I have tried to pm him and even email him, but i get no replies. Now I know not to send parts before I get the money.

thanks for the help from everyone that pmed me.i found his phone number last night on the web,i got ahold of his mother and she told me there was a death in the family so they wasnt home,but if you know you have a $700.00 cod showing up at your door on monday i still think you would want to make arrangments for someone (like a neibor or some one to be there).there story just doesnt match the ups logbook.if there was a death in the family i am really sorry but i am still out my $124.00 for shipping and i still havent recieved my parts back yet.i will keep everyone updated on this.ive sent him 4 emails and pmed him and his mom told me they couldnt get them or reply because there computer was down right now.i dont know but it still sounds fishy to me.:confused:

Sounds like a total rip off to me, and if it was me, Id be ghetto stomping his mom too since it sounds like shes in on it too. Keep blowing him up on the phone. If you live near the Atco area then I would be handling this in person... Id be especially suspicious since you dont seem to be the only case...

well he finally emailed me back.he said they did have a death in the family and ups are the ones who screwed everything up.im not sue how that happend but thats what he said.he says hes going to send the shipping money and is going to send the money for the parts.so i will let everyone know when i recieve the money (hopefully).

i've dealt with a guy on atvsource.com. 250x_rider (or very similar to it), i bought a lt250r for 1450$, and when i got it home i found alot of problems with it that he never mentioned, that he had to have known about. i ended up buying a whole new frame, a bunch of nuts and bolts that were missing..ect..... i ended up spending over 500$ so far to fix his mistakes, and it's still rising. and i drove 350 miles one way to meet his dumb A55. i HATE snakes and liers. i would've stomped his face in if i knew what i got myself into.

On the serious side have you saved his emails??? If so you have the proof you need to show where this deal did take place and that he admits to the deal and then file a small claims case w/the Jerk.
