a-arm torque

Can someone tell me the torque specs for the a-arm bolts on a 400ex. I am still to cheap to buy the service manual for my self. Thanks a bunch.

400EX, T-4, AC Nerfs, PRM bumper, grab bar and skids, Renthal bars, Elka suspension, Coltrain +1.25 swingarm,K&N and jet kit, Razor tires, Sidewinder chain and sprockets.

According to the service manual, the bolts that hold the a-arms to the frame are torqued to 29 ft/lbs..

Personally I also use a drop of blue (medium strength) loctite...
