help my homepage has been hijacked

Well guys my homepage has been hijacked. I have been runign adaware and spybot to help some also i used cwshredder no of thats on my computer. I ahve been using othe rsites to help me get rid of this. I also tryed hijackthis but don't know what to get rid of on it. I am about to go nuts about my homepage thing. Please help!!!
