jus wondering if anyone on here races any of the Pro-Am classes at the GNCs. Im moving up next season, and wondering how many laps you usually like to do on your usual 2 mintue tracks, to know if your in good enough shape. I think yall did about 8 at high point. I can do 5 at 100% without fatigue. But im def not quite there yet. what do yall do to get ready for Pro-Am?
