say my 450 had a aftermarket pipe and filter and jet kit would you have to rejet the carb again if you put a different cam and high comp. piston in the motor?

my wish list is a sparks pipe, cam and piston with filter and jet kit, all from sparksracing.com

Yes you will need to rejet with almost any change you make to your quad.

If your going to keep the stock carb then I would start around a 195 with all those mods and adjust for elevation and weather.

When I went and bought jets the atv shop just asked what brand of carb it was and if they where hex.

As far as I know the numbering is the same from Dynojet as Keihin.

Jets from Dynojet are different that Keihin jets. They are supposed to be tapered.
