How can I soften my 250ex suspension?

Yesterday I did some really fast paced trail riding with dirt bikes. I have concluded that I need a softer suspension. I got the living crap beat out of me. Does anyone know of Cheap aftermarket springs/shocks that will make the bike ride a little softer?
