Funny Recon

Well, the past few times I took the Recon out, it would go good for about half of a day of riding on and off. And then it wouldn't start or it would stall. I couldn't figure out what the problem was because there was still a half tank of gas in the tank. So I was thinking WTF is this. The fuel valve was in the "On" position, or so I thought.

Well this weekend it happened so me and my friend too the side plastic off the side of my recon and when we looked at the On/Off valve for the carb/tank it showed that where on the plastic it said RES(Reserve) it really was in the ON Position, and the ON position was really the Reserve. So... I was running off the Reserve..

Well now I can finally ride in peace without the fear of "running out of gas"...

Doesn't reserve just feed from the very bottom of the tank?

some times i ride with the choke on and wonder why it idles high...:huh :huh :p

imagine running out of gas a few miles of hill away from home and going to turn it on reserve...and youd just be turning it ON
