retorquing

I was wondering if I need to retorque the headbolts or anything else on the motor. It has about 5 hours on the 426 kit.

I realize it seams like a lot of work to go through to do that but I believe that it is recommended. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. And it's 33 foot pounds if your gonna do it yourself.
