i knew they would bend but the bike is not even a week old and the rim has no scratches but it is an oval only on one side.
and i think i have a right to be pissed i have not even hit any big jumps and if the rims bend that easly then the rims suck. i have never flat landed a jump i have not done any stoppies. my bro is scared toi jump wellie and he rides very slow and if u hit somthing dont i think it would scratch the rim to?

Don't worry about it it's just a rim and you can replace it fairly cheap. Just wait till you start breaking a-arms, blowing out shocks, blowing up your engine, bending your bars or steering stem. If anything can be damaged I would want it to be my rims. And just from riding in the desert outside of Las Vegas the stock Honda rims usually hold up better than a lot of others we have had. That does suck though cause you havn't had it that long.

hitting a rock would dent the bead badly not cause the whole rim to be an oval like he said. The beads on stock wheels are pretty strong for the most part but inner part where the lugnuts are is extremely wheels on stock honda wheels. more than likely one of the times jumping it you landed just the right way to cause it to bend. like landing a little crooked could do it very easily!

no you didn't rico. if you done that it would be torn up worse than it is. you can't even do a 120' jump. and if you flat landed it you would be hurt. quit making stuff up!

He could do 120' er, I think. I was doing a 80ft table top with my stock bike. Although one of the times I rolled it after the landing (cause I flat landed it and it bounced like a mo fo). The I bent the fricking steering stem! I'll trade whoever had the wheel problem with my bent steering stem any day, considering I have only had my bike for 6 months.:grr:

you do realize that whenever you park your quad you have to have all the valve stems facing up or your rims WILL WARP!

You can blame it on those POS Ohtsus. The sidewall is so thin on those things that you have to run 'em at about 30 psi so they don't collapse. Buy a replacement stock wheel and some decent tires, and you won't have that problem.

yeah really, i have titan fast trekkers on ITP T-9 rims (witch would be easier to bend) and I've been flat landing from a 6-7 foot jump almost every day for a year and they never have bent.

I race mx with stock front wheels and 19" holeshots, and the first time that I hit this one 100' tabletop i undershot it and they are fine. I also just cased a 15' double with my front tires and nothing happened with the wheels(besides a bent stem cause my fat bars wouldn't bend) Maybe it's a defect:confused: I have no idea. You should have a warranty anyways right?
