HMF offered up a new pipe since I was doing so many changes at the track. GT Thunder handed over a new Carbon-Fiber Bill Ballance series HMF slip on. Like all my other HMF pipes the fit and finish were perfect and installation of the slip on took less then 5 minutes. The proper main jet was supplied as well as a quiet core and spark arrester.

I cant say enough how well this pipe works. It added a decent amount of power, added a killer look and a meaty sound:macho

They claim that the Bill Ballance series was designed to smooth out the power delivery making the quad more managable, and i'm happy to say it did just that! I can now lug my quad where before it would jerk and carry on.

I'd like to thank HMF for making a product that does exactly what it say's it will do. The included 2 year warranty is a huge plus in my book also. Thanks again HMF.

Ya pappy I have that pipe also and I could never say enough good things about it. I really like it alot. You are right about lugging it around now. I am considering sticking the 14th sprocket back on also. Thanks HMF for a nice pipe also :)

Which is better....the Bill Balance or the regular HMF full system? I was about to order the red HMF, but I might change my mind.

it would depend on what type of riding you do. i believe the standard pipe make sa touch more power, whereas the ballance series adds torque

I have the HRC kit. How does it work in combination with the cam or should i look elswhere for a pipe that amplifies the HRCs power curve?

i would suggest posting that very question in the HMF section and see what they have to say.

Was the Balance series on there for the race? For some reason I thought I saw an all aluminum silencer:confused: What I heard sounded real nice though:cool:

I thought the Ballance pipe had a better looking header. Like ceramic coating or something.
