Just put a White Bros. slip on on my daughters 250ex.
K&N Filter with airbox lid on.
Runs great, sounds alittle like my 400 but not as throaty, no need to re-jet.

You might want to try sparks new pipe for the 250ex

i have a Big Gun full system. it deffinatey gave it some more power with the correct jetting. you can feel it bump the rev limiter quicker and you can let it lug in a higher gear.
