how much better is the raptor shock than stock?

Do a search, I remember they were talking about putting a raptor shock on the 300ex.

The raptor shock is supposed to be a lot better than a 300ex, but only if you are short on money and can't afford to go all out on shocks.

o and ive heard with a 400ex front end you cant race nations because of the mounting braket you need...is it k to race with the rappy shock?

on other threads they've said that only the 01 raptor shock would fit and about the 400ex front end on a 300 I've seen it done and handled great but it is a supposed hazard b/c of something to do with tie rod ends not being at a good angle which causes problems.....you'll have to check some of the other threads on this....b/c I don't know much more except that I wanted to do it to my 300 before I sold it and was talked out of it by a couple of ppl on here.
