Break in

Whats everyones thoughts on this. It seems to make sense. It makes more sense to me than babying it.

I do believe I have seen this posted on exriders before. Has anyone tried this process. I have a new 450R that needs breaking in, and I am wondering if its the way to go.

When i bought mine the dealer told me to run it hard for 10 minutes, let it completely cool, run hard again for 10 minutes and let it cool and that was it.
