more than a year. blew thr rings about 2 months ago. but its getting fixed now

that sucks. my new je pistin but scrathes in my new cylinder so i figure a 440 is cheaper than a new cylinder

I have that exact 440 kit. I used the head gasket that came with the kit. I used the stock head bolts and put in a hotcams stage 2. I have hundreds and hundreds of miles on this bike. I believe that by leaving the compression alone 10.5:1 the engine was easily able to handle the increased displacement. I have not been beat by a Honda yet and have beaten several Raptors. This kit is extremely reliable if you don't fall for the high compression myth.

i would also hoped you beat a raptor. a 440 truely keeps up with 450 easily the raptor isnt a race bike:muscle:
