450r brakes on 400ex

Anyone tried putting 450r calipars on a 400ex yet? is it even possible

anything is possible im sure with some minor adjustments they should go on

Would braking be noticeably improved per $$$ spent on the conversion?
Would weight be saved over the stock Calipers?

I thought about converting my KFX over to 450R/YFZ450 brakes but I want to see what happens with good pads, good brake fluid and stainless lines first before I think about dropping that kind of cash. (assuming that your calipers are in serviceable condition)
