TCS and Laeger +3

Well, I'm picking up a used setup of Laeger +3 A-arms, TCS shocks setup for the A-arms and 180 pounds. I am also getting a pro circuit slip-on and k&n filter. The price is $970, does this sound like a fair deal for me? I think it sounds fair, I just want to know before purchasing.

Sounds reasonable, I paid 1600 for my Laeger +3 Long Travels and TCS Long Travel Shocks.
