Hi all New to exriders, sweet place! I am getting ready to powder a coulple of ex frames and was curious of where they tend to crack or get weak, so I can gussett those areas before I powdercoat! Thankx. Also any pics would be great.

There is a post in the FAQ forum about gusseting :D Other then that I don't have any pics.

Do a search on gusseting you will find a bunch of pistures.

do a search for the picture of rico's frame. i know theres one on here where he highlighted where he put the gussets.

Yep, my powdercoat guy has gussetted many frames off of the pic that Rico has posted.;)

What kind of/gauge of metal did you guys use for your gusseting and what kind of welding was used?

Im sure its a TIG weld used to weld the gussets. I was wondering what type of material some guys use also.
