what is the best CAM everyone recommends for MX on a 450R?

i got the HRC cam and im not impressed at all for the lowend from what I have seen people have the sparks and like it a lot hope this helps.:devil:

The sparks cam is the way to go on the mx track and in the woods. It has better bottom and midrange than the hrc and is only 1 hp shy on top. BTW the sparks cam is what tim farr runs, he runs the sparks agressive for mx and the sparks full race for tt. I hope this helps.

Has anyone used the hotcam setup, and how do they like it? and how much power is to be gained by a porting cutting the valves etc????
