Which is the better pair of shocks, elka econo's, or TCS with rezzies and comp adjust? I can pick up a set of used TCS shocks with rezzies and comp adjust for $400, or I can get new elka econos for $500. Either one of them will be going on +3 burgard a-arms. I race MX, and would like to know which ones will provide the better ride quality, and bottoming quality. Also which ones will last longer and remain strong throughout a moto.

thanks

The thing about the Elka's is that they would be brand new and set up exactly for you and your application. If you get the used TCS you'll most likely have to have them rebuilt/revalved to work properly for you which would mean even more cash. Chances are the TCS wouldn't be set up right to start with and you wouldn't be very happy with them. You could always get the Elka econo's and add rezzies later. Good luck with whichever you chose.

They are perfect for my weight, and the previous owner weighed the same as me... I can't wait for them to get here!!!
