drag racing/wheelie bar

there are some drag races coming up at a local fair. the event official said i will have to race a modified 400 4 stroke class. he also said that i can use a wheelie bar. where can i get a wheelie bar or how do i make one? i have seen them on ebay, but not lately. thanks
