needle in carb

how do you get the needle out of the carb to change the c-clip?I got the top cover off and can see the top of the needle,do i take the screw out that holds the "arm" im and pull the whole thing out?

yes, then you take off the two small brass screws that hold the needle plate in. It should pop right out of the carb.
