Hrc Kit Needle Clip Position

I just got the HRC kit delivered and the instruction booklet is practically useless. I have seen detailed posts about installing the kit before and I was wondering if anyone knows the proper needle clip position? I will run the stock air filter for now... thanks!

Clip goes right in the middle. There's 5 slots so put it in the third down.

Thanks for the info! Your 450 looks pretty hot... do you have the HRC kit? If so, what are your impressions?

Thanks. Yes I do have the hrc kit. Just rode it for the first time last weekend with it in. I can honestly say that it added nothing to the bottom but from the mid to top it pulls a bit harder. I really like the intake mods they give you and I do get better throttle response by using the bigger hrc needle and hrc lid over stock needle and no lid.

I'm gonna add a full pipe to it which I think will really wake up the bottom and complement the kit. It pulls pretty hard now though.
