actually that one is OK but I hate it when people say they are up a creek without a paddle. If you are up the creek you are fine the water flows down hill just let the current take it. It is when you are down a creek without a paddle that you are in a whole heep of trouble.

I've been told by my vice principal that you can't live life one day at a time. If you view it in that way, it's going to be constantly changing and just add more stress. Try to live life with a plan and go through with it, that way life is more predictable and won't leave you down more than you already were.
