Tap the rear brake, pull in the clutch and most importantly use your body english. Don't freak out. Relax and it will be easier.

Try hooking your heel under the rear fender that will help get your nose down. But keep your body weight towards the front of the quad.

get a little extra speed to clear it and right at the top of the lip let off the gas so the rear tires wont be pulling as hard and the front end will hang lower either that or sit down off the jump. i dont recommend that because it can be dangerous sometimes. seat bump it when your good at doing the jump.

what i usualy do is get a good run up too it about mid throttle or say and right before i get to the bottom of the ramp i give it full throttle and it brings the front end down, but if its a big jump that i have to just be pinned out on to get over it like they said tap the rear break and use body english, dont be towards the back of the quad on take off.

Relax your arms in the air - this will allow the quad nose to drop down naturally.....

Someone already stated this, but....

~Get a little more speed then needed to clear the jump
~Rite when the front wheels leave the face of the takeoff, let off the gas so the engine revs down a tad-that will lead to the wheels not pulling and causing the nose to slowly fall.

OR

~Use body english
~Lean over the handlebars
~Press forward and down HARD on the handlebars.

Would this happen to be at Nebo, KY?
If it is that table top is very BIG
I haven't worked myself up enough to jump it
