k i know this should be in maintence but i never get much of a resopnce there.....
i got my quad serviced, i had mobil 15/50 in it and then put Motul 3000 back in do i need to change this, will it hurt my rings, or can i let it go, they had test driven it and had it runnin when i got there and all seemed well
chnage it ASAP...put the mobile 1 back in before you ride it..

the guy at honda said it should be fine since the rings had to to set with runnin the 15/50 the motul shouldnt make a diff.

as long as u didnt go from synthetic back to non-synthetic...

k, at the risk of soundin like a moron, is motul 3000 synthetic

You should be ok. Motul 3000 is not a synthetic oil. The synthetic oil is Motul 300V.

well maybe just to beon the safe side i'll change'er out, i didnt end up riding this weekend.......thing is its a good waste of an new oil filter and all that shiet

yeah im not sure why but im always told by the "dukes" never to put non-s into something thats running on synthetic.

k well from what a guy from the race shop told me you can go from 15w 50 back to motul with out any problems, and its not even a big deal if you mix them, as long as its a semi synthetic you go back to it should be fine, i am going to change mine just to beon the safe side but from what i've heard its not a big deal
