Size of footpeg bolts?

Today I was installing some Pro-Armor nerfs on my 400EX. Everything was going well until I got to the footpegs. The directions show you must remove the stock footpeg bolts. I do not have an Allen wrench big enough to fit the bolts. Does anybody know the size of these bolts? I will have to go buy one. Thanks.

it would probably be smart to buy a whole kit so you don't run into this problem again

buy the whole kit, there are some nice ones out there. all of the bigger sizes on the quad will be 5, 6, 8, and 10mm ;)

I got the bolts out. But there was a little slop. I was wondering if this size would be metric. Since everything else on the machine is.

it would be metric alright. 8mm to be exact. buy one of the allen pack kits, it will save you a lot of hassle next time you wanna work on the quad
