www.gtthunder.com has the only good CDI box for the 400ex... ;)

TC Racing makes a good one also (in addidtion to the GT), the rest are JUNK! I put my GT Thunder on before this past weekend's ride (after my new motor was fully broken in) and what a difference! Before I was smacking the rev limiter in the first 2 - 3 gears right and left because of how fast my 416 revs, now it does not hit it at all (GT sets his at 10,700). I feel a little more down low also because of the 6 degree advance. I say go go for the GT. I think they are $125...

OK, bottom line, is that the only ones you need to look at are the TC racing and the GT thunder..... THERE ARE 7 MILLION ARTICLES ON THIS MAN!!!!!
