directions to diamondback mx

i have been to walden sevral times but havnt been to diamond back....i know roughly were it is but not 100% sure....can somone please give me directions starting from the south (poughkeepsie) that are better than the ones on there site!!! thanks (all i no is i-87north to exit 17)

Once you get off the exit bear right. That will take you to Rt.300. continue on that road until it turns to Rt32. (You will pass the road to walden) It will be on your left. Sorry im not sure on the distance.
