We'll run the A class.
We have an R and a YFZ ready for the race...just not sure which one we want to run.

We'll be there all night!! Then its off to the Frost the next day for a PA State Harescramble.....

Had to correct the order though. Considering Colby and Dusty have been the biggest help in assembling the quad, the motor, and getting all the parts together.

Although Harlen has gotten some good stuff to go with it!

I wouldn't consider that a brown noser, I just think he appreciates that we did a winter rebuild and some in 3 days, it sure would have been nice if Ron could of brought the bike as a rolling chassis so we could have done a little more on their vacation other than working on a z400 :grr: I am sure that Nikki will agree with me 100%.

Dusty and Pappy that was some funny Shiot!!! Although the scary part is it wouldn't shock me if Harlen was really wearing a bra because it made him faster!

Dusty yes my wife keeps reminding me that the vacation was spent on me and not having fun.:D Sorry to have taken so much of yours and Colby's time with this. The work has been well worth it though the Z runs great!

i read in the new dirtwheels that the race is from 5-11Pm on rausch's site it said 4-10pm, also in dirtwheels it said lap times will average 10-15 minutes, sounds like a short course....thats alot of laps, lol lol

I heard its the Nat. terrain and ATV mx course with a mile of woods thrown in!!!! If so I'm sure the park will be packed the week before with everyone practicing. I'm not much of an MXer as Harlen will agree. So last month I got a guy to come out to the house and set me up with a few that he didn't think I would do(doubles)!!!! I've been working the cobwebs out!!! I'm still far from good on an MX track but i'm gettin better in a hurry. One of my teammates has been runnin 3x a week on a 1 mile MX course for a few hours... DK has actually stayed away from racin this year to train for the 6 hour. He was thinkin if its the only race he does all year, he better do well.....then this morning he calls and says he over shot the big triple and flat landed from way up!!! Bottomed out severly, snapped the chain and broke the case's and tranny!!!!!!!:mad: .......maniac!!! that was our bike for the 6 hour too.:grr: Good thing we didn't put all of our eggs in one basket!!! We may have to go new school and break out the YFZ i guess.????

Seriously!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna test some stuff out this weekend.. Probably go with stock lights and then add 1 to the bars as well.

i've herd of a few people running PIAA bulbs in the stock headlights on Z's,YFZ's, EX's etc. etc. with good results for night riding. you have to figure that most of the racing will take place with "good" visibility so goin overboard on alot of lights might not be nessasary.

quad041, go to your local shop and have them look up what the stock bulb is on the quad your using and then have them look it up in their Parts Unlimited, Tucker Rocky book. any local dealer can get PIAA's.
