I went to go hook all of my wires to my battery that is fully charged and the light are on and i went to go push the starter and that little circle thingy i think its the celanoid starts buzzing. I checked to see if the connections were clean and tight so what could be the problem.

Needs to be charged more. If you have a "start engine" setting (jump) on your charger use that. After awhile of riding it you'll be able to start it.

how old is your battery? if you have a volt meter put it on the battery and push the start button and see how low the voltage drops, it can be fully charged and still be bad
