what would win in a race 400ex,yz80,or ts400atc

i have a 400ex and my friend has a 1982 honda 250ratc and it has a 1978 ts400 enduro moter. its a air cooled single cylinder. my 400 eats it at the sand dunes but we are going to race on flat land the rear sprocket on the back is huge and the front is little It has 22inch walmart tires on it. He had a 86 yz80 that he said would be the three wheeler and he wants to race me how would win. I could keep up with him on my old 250ex till 3rd. who would win.
