what floats??

If your taking about the floats in the carb they can't be adj.

No, you cant adjust the float in the 400ex stock carb. If it is overflowing check the needle valve seal. Its what lets the gas into the bowl, so if it is worn or has dirt keepin it open it will flood the bowl.
