when do i need to get my valves adjusted i just got new 450 and how often do you do this?

my dealer told me to get them adjusted after the first 15-20 hours and then every 40 hours after that. hope this helps some.... jason

Wrong, the quad didn't get the same ti valves as the dirt bike.

You dealer is actually very smart. He is siding on your stupidity to believe him. Hopefully you haven't given them anymore of your money.

Buy a manual and do it yourself, it's the only way to be sure that it's done right the first time... if not you have nobody else to blame except yourself.

Bring it to the DEALER for the first big service. My Dealer said it should be done at like 100 hours. He also stated that if you should ever have a warranty issue the first thign Honda asks them is if the big service was done. He said its only like $130 bucks. cheap insurance if you ask me!

LoL so true. good luck homie. my sprocket came in today so im gonan put it on after woprk then hit the trails.
