axle bearing removal?

:confused: i need to get the bearings out of my carrier from my 300ex. i know you need to pound them out from the opposite side, but i never did this before. any suggestions?

Is your carrier out already? if so, put your carrier in an oven or heat it with a torch (but dont get it red!, just warm it) and your bearing will pull out more easily..

i tired the oven & could not get it to work...the torch worked awesome...have fun with this project...i do everytime:p
