Headstuds.

well I blew my head gasket on my 416 and I don't want it to happen again so where can I get heavy duty headstuds and how much am I looking to pay?

Thats weird!!! I can see it happening to a 440 but not a 416. You can call Tom at TC, he sells them.

TC racing sells them, so does East Coast ATV ( I think those ARE TC's but not sure), and that FDO place has them along with a few others. If you dont want to donate a left ball to get them then you could always just Heli-Coil them and you should be fine especially with that bore. Alot of people do it and it holds... I blew 2 supposed "no blow" head gaskets on my motor before tearing the top end down and installing the TC kit. I havent blown a one since. Unfortunately I had to replace the gasket anyway last week since I had to split my cases for a stupid broken shift shaft, but........Sorrry Im starting to go off on a tangent, that job sucked and is totally unrelated, Im just still very steamed about it....
