Can I USE a 400ex Rear brake on 250r ??

I was wondering i could use a 400ex rear brake and master cylinder on a 1988 250r? Will the master cylinder bolt in the correct holes on the frame and will the brake fit in the correct holes or do i have to by a 400ex rear brake stay?

First off, that would be a down grade but if you wanna do it you would have to change stay, rotor, caliper and lower your skid plate. You may have some issues with the master cylinder bolting up.
