how old do you have to be to race youth prodution?

in the neatv-mx rules it says you can race at 14 if you meat the reqierments(i do) but i've been hearing you can race at 13, is this true?

The AMA rule is 13-15 for the youth production class. But, if a local series or tarack wants to raise the age to 14 for their series that is legal for them to do. So if there age requirment is 14, you will have to wait.
