I dont think so, I have seen a set on here that Pappy Pc'd the springs in R,W&B.

Those dont look like PEP's to me, and if they are PEP's they certainly are not ZPS. I dont see the ZPS spring setup on those, nor do I see adjustable rezzies. Those look like the standard non adj. rezzies on their baseline "race" model shocks. Although those might have powdercoated springs those definitely dont look like a MINT pair of ZPS shocks whatsoever. Whoever buys those is gonna be upset, unless its some dufus who doesnt know any better...
