i have a 2003 400ex and the side of the axle with the lock nut wiggles just a little, i was wandering if it was the bearings because the other side does not move any help would be great thanks

does the rear brake rotor hub wiggle forward and back? if so then your axle locknut isnt tight

I agree with Muff, check the brake setup and if that moves too then the nut isnt tight. Just as a side note, if you are running the stock nut, I would look into investing 40 bucks or so in at least a RAD locknut assembly. It is a much simpler pinchbolt design and will let you adjust your rear end with ease and just simple pinchbolt desing instead of the double bolt, double headache system of the stocker... If the brake components dont wiggle your bearings are toast and youll be spending another 40 bucks to replace them.

it will pick up and down but caliper will not move with it just disc,

yea the caliper is mounted seperately. you need to tighten your axle locknut :)
