Ok I have stock honda tires on my 400ex. the size is 20x10x9 and they are on honda stock bolt pattern wheels. I have some razrs on Yamaha bolt pattern wheels(douglas) and the size of the tires are 20x11x9. Will those razr tires fit on those stock honda rims?

The razor tires are only 1" wider than stock.. Unless the manufacuter has a min/max wheel width recommendation and the 1" wider razor's do not fall within that recommendation then you should be good.
