kick start lever prob!!!

my only problem that i have with my new 450 r is that the set screw on the kick starter holding it the the shaft vibrated itself out. i talked to the local dealer and it's only like a $.35 part so it's not to bad, but just to inform all the make sure it's tight so you don't have the carry the thing back to the trailer like i did. lol !!! ~jason

You could have roll started it instead of carrying it:D When you get the new on try some blue Loctite.

no no no lol i didn't carry the whole quad back to the trailer, i had to ride and carry the little kickstart lever back. if you put the lever on and push it down, you can still kick it over, but it was just a little inconvient to carry the lever back, while trying to drive. lol no biggy, just thought i would inform of my problem.;. ~~jason

Thanks man i might just take mine off and loctite just so i dont have to worry.
