400ex cam chain adjuster

I am going to install the hot cam stage 1 on my 2001 400ex. Everything sounds simple exept for one thing. The clymer manual shows making a special tool to put the cam chain tensioner back in the motor. Does any body no of this tool! Also, do you need this tool to put the tensioner back in right, or can you install it without it. Can anyone help with this!

if you have a thin screwdriver that will work just fine. all you need to do is turn it and hold it inplace while your install the tensioner.
