hello, I am looking to get a new pipe for my 400ex. After extensive research I have found out that the CT pipe with 12 discs. My only problem is that it is 101db. Compared with the stock 88db that is really loud. I am just wondering if anyone has any information on restrictions on noise in Wisconsin. Information on private tracks in this great state would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

From what I heard, if you have an after market exhaust you will be too loud. They don't want anything louder than stock.

I doubt that because it seems that everyone has ones. I see alot of white bros and powercore IV. You may be right though.

Try here (http://www.dnr.state.wi.us/org/es/enforcement/safety/atvnoise.html). Don't waste your money on a loud pipe.
