hey i got somthing off ebay and i payed almost 300 buxs for it

and the guy never shipped it out yet and he will not reply to any of my e-mails

does anyone know how i can get him in trouble for it?

i was looking for a way to contact ebay but i cant find anything

please help

i don't know how to help you, but whats the guys name so i don't buy from him.

his ebay user name is "impressionsphoto" and i got one of the pocket bikes off him i think thats what he mainly sells

i bought it off him b.c he had good feedback but i dont know what to do now

I saw those pocket bikes. I new that they usually go for over $1000. That's why I didn't bid.

Call your credit card company and put a stop payment in. Screw messing with ebay.
